These terms cover the public website at glob2.online and the official online service at app.glob2.online, including optional paid and AI-assisted features when offered. They apply from publication. If you do not agree, do not use the official online service. The game software remains subject to its own open-source licences; you can use offline features under those licences.
Operator and contact
The official service is operated by Bradley Arsenault, a sole proprietor, 349 Wheat Boom Drive, Unit 346, Oakville, Ontario L6H 7X5, Canada. Contact bradley.allen.arsenault@gmail.com about these terms or service concerns.
Using the service
Use the website and online service lawfully and respect other players. Do not harass or threaten people, publish another person’s private information, impersonate someone, distribute malicious files, interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions or manipulate match results or ratings. Do not use automated requests to disrupt the service or evade rate limits.
Accounts and children
Online play creates an account, initially a guest account. Keep your sign-in credentials private. Do not use someone else’s account without permission. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
The game has no minimum age. Parents and guardians should help children decide what to share in public names, profiles, uploads and chat. Where a child cannot agree to service terms under applicable law, a parent or guardian must assist with the child’s use of the online service.
Your content and public play
Your display name, profile photo, ratings, match history and replays, and content you publish may be visible to other people as described in the privacy policy. Do not put private information in material intended for public access.
Upload only content you have the right to share. You retain your rights in your content. By uploading it, you permit us to store, process and display it to operate the features you choose, including creating previews and converting music files. Public library content must identify its licence and attribution; other players’ reuse is governed by that licence. This permission does not transfer ownership to us.
Deletion may leave records needed for other players’ match history, verified replays or moderation, and copies other people already downloaded, as explained in the privacy policy. Do not assume that deleting an account recalls public copies.
Moderation
We may remove or hide content, mute or rename accounts, or suspend access when needed to address abuse, security issues or violations of these terms. Contact us with the account or content concerned and the reason you believe a moderation decision should be reconsidered. Do not include passwords or tokens.
Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, faults or security incidents. Features may change or be withdrawn. Keep your own copies of local saves and content you upload. We do not promise uninterrupted service or permanent availability of a particular feature.
Material changes to these terms should be announced with their effective date before they apply. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
Privacy and account deletion
The unified privacy policy explains collection, public visibility, retention, access requests and deletion for the website, game editions and official online service. Registered players can download or delete their account at the account page. Guest players can link a sign-in method first or contact us.
Software licences and other operators
These service terms do not restrict rights granted by the game’s open-source licences. Third-party websites and independently hosted game instances have their own operators and terms.
Optional purchases and credits
The product interface and checkout show the item or credit pack, price, currency and applicable charges before payment. Review them before buying. Purchases are processed through Stripe when offered by the official service. Availability and prices can vary; a later price change does not change an existing purchase.
Each credit product has its own balance and charging rules, shown in its interface. A reserved credit is held for work in progress and is distinct from a completed charge. If a request has an uncertain outcome, its reservation may remain pending while we reconcile it. Contact us with the purchase or request reference if a payment, delivery or balance appears incorrect.
Request cancellations or refunds at the contact address above, including your purchase reference and the reason for the request. Do not send card details or credentials. Refund and cancellation rights provided by applicable law remain in force; these terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule. Account deletion is not itself a refund request. Discuss unresolved purchases with us before deleting the account so we can identify the transaction.
AI assisted features
AI-assisted features send the inputs needed for your request, including prompts and relevant project material, to an AI provider. Submit only material you have the right to use and avoid sensitive personal information. The privacy policy explains data handling for these features.
Generated material can contain mistakes, fail validation or resemble other material. Review and test it before using or publishing it. We do not promise a particular result or that generated material is unique. You remain responsible for choosing an appropriate licence and respecting others’ rights when you publish content. Credit charging follows the rules displayed for that feature; AI products do not all use the same unit or charging model.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies, or rights granted by an open-source licence. Contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. You remain free to use any complaint process or court available to you under applicable law.
